It was a large room with a little area off the bedroom with a table and two chairs. But that space had very poor lighting. The place was clean and had free parking on site. The owner was really nice and interested in talking to her guests and offering advice on where to go for food and sights etc. I would give a rating of good+

A very friendly english speaking lady at the reception. Clean, cosy and kind of interesting accomodation in the heart of gyeongju. Bus stop is nearby as well as restaurants.
